About the practice

A neighborhood clinic that still answers the phone.

Velocity Health opened in 2014 with two providers and a waiting room that fit eight chairs. We've grown, but the idea hasn't changed: you should be able to see someone who knows you, soon, without a portal login or a phone tree.

  • A real person answers from 8 am to 7 pm
  • Lab draws and vaccines on site, results by text
  • Spanish and Portuguese spoken

Questions

Before your visit.

Can't find your answer? Call (555) 010-2040 and a person will pick up.

Do I need a referral?
No. You can book directly with any of our providers. If your plan requires a primary care provider on file, we'll help you set that up at your first visit.
What should I bring to my first appointment?
Photo ID, your insurance card, and a list of current medications. If you completed forms online, that's everything.
Can I see the same provider every time?
Yes. Choose a provider when you book and we'll keep you with them. For same-day sick visits you may see whoever is available soonest.
How do video visits work?
You get a link by text the morning of your visit. Tap it on your phone or computer; no app or account required. Prescriptions go straight to your pharmacy.
What if I don't have insurance?
We offer flat self-pay prices for common visits, listed on our insurance page. Ask about a payment plan at check-in.
